MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Lander's Tarryn Angermeier totaled 24 kills Friday night to lead the Bearcat volleyball team to a 3-2 Peach Belt Conference victory over Georgia College at the Centennial Center. Game scores were: 25-20, 15-26, 25-14, 22-25, 15-11.

Lander improves to 10-3 overall and 2-2 in the PBC, while Georgia College drops to 3-10, 1-5.

Hannah Dederick added 15 kills, Kendall Korte 12 kills, Jessica Register 51 assists and 13 digs, Sarah Bradley and Kaitlyn Harrison 15 digs each, and Julia Ferreira-Alves 13 kills.

Georgia College was led by Rachel Reynolds (17 kills), Rachel Rice (12 kills, 16 digs), Micayla Patterson (48 assists), Caroline Ham (18 digs), Ashton Bigler (16 digs) and Ella Anastasiades (13 digs).

Lander will travel to GRU Augusta for a 2 o'clock PBC contest at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28 at Christenberry Fieldhouse.
