After trailing most of the second half, USCA went ahead 43-42 on an Emily O'Rourke jumper with 4:13 left in the game.
Lander regained the lead at 44-43 on an Elkins layup with 2:08 left to play.
Antoine put the Pacers up for good at 1:15 when her layup gave USCA a 45-44 lead. Martin ended the game with two free throws with one second remaining.
