GREENWOOD - The No. 8-ranked Lander men's tennis team swept all six singles matches and two of three doubles in an 8-1, season-opening victory over Newberry College in a non-conference match at The Joe Cabri Tennis Center.
Lander opens the season at 1-0, while Newberry is 0-1.
