AIKEN - The Lander women's tennis team won one singles match and one doubles Saturday afternoon in a 7-2 Peach Belt Conference loss at USC Aiken.

Lander moves to 9-10 overall and 4-7 in the PBC, while USCA improves to 12-5, 6-3.

Franziska Regel (USCA), 6-3, 6-7, 10-4; No. 4 Shauna Williams (USCA) def. Nicola James (L), 2-6, 6-0, 6-1; No. 5 Andrea Cediel (USCA) def. Raissa Adusumilli (L), 6-0, 6-2; and No. 6 Julie Maline (USCA) def. Lori Flick (L), 6-2, 6-2.
