GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – Rachel Uremovich placed second overall with a 1-under-par 143 Tuesday to pace the Lander women's golf team to a third place finish in the two-day, two-round 18-team Agnes McAmis Memorial hosted by Tusculum College at the par-72, 5,805-yard Link Hills Country Club.
Host Tusculum won the team title with a low two-round score of 593 and was followed by: 2. Lincoln Memorial 604, 3. Lander 606, 4.Columbus State 607, 5. Carson-Newman 626, 6. West Florida 633, 7. Wingate 635, 8. Pfeiffer 640, 9.North Georgia 647, 10. Anderson and Erskine 648, 12. Catawba 657, 13. King 664, 14. West Georgia 668, 15. Belmont Abbey 693, 16. Limestone 723, 17. Mars Hill 726, and 18. Brevard 730.
Individually for Lander, Uremovich shot 143 (69-74), Ashley Shinn tied for 15th with 153 (78-75), Valentina Bueno tied for 18th with 154 (77-77), Dea Mahendra placed 28th at 156 (78-78), and Mariana Martins tied for 31st with 158 (78-80).
