GREENWOOD - The Lander women's tennis team won of two of three doubles matches then claimed four singles to defeat UNC Pembroke, 6-3, Sunday afternoon in a Peach Belt Conference match at the Joe Cabri Tennis Center.
Lander improves to 4-3 overall and 1-1 in the PBC, while UNCP drops to 2-4, 0-3.

Hannah Herlocker (UNCP), 6-4, 3-6, 6-3; No. 4 Cayce Bradley (LU) def. Shelby Bickel (UNCP), 6-0, 7-5; No. 5 Madeline DiNunzio (UNCP) def. Lori Flick (LU), 6-2, 6-3; and No. 6 Raissa Adusumilli (LU) def. Monica Espitia (UNCP), 6-1, 6-3.
