COLUMBUS, Ga. - The No. 11 Lander men's tennis team won at Nos. 1, 2 and 6 singles Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't enough as the Bearcats fell to No. 13 Columbus State, 6-3, in a Peach Belt Conference match at the Mary V.Blackmon Tennis Center.
Columbus State improves to 13-3 overall and 6-2 in the PBC, while Lander moves to 16-3, 7-2.

Carlos Marques (L), 6-3, 6-4; No. 4 Andre Mordhorst (C) def. Oscar Perman (L), 6-4, 6-1; No. 5 Martin Shishkov (C) def. Oscar Axelsson (L), 6-4, 6-3; and No. 6 Christopher Mattsson (L) def. Danilo Sardelli (C), 6-3, 6-2.
In doubles, No. 1 Noblet/Divljak (C) def. Arrigoni/Marques (L), 8-2; No. 2 Cojbasic/Shishkov (C) def. Mattsson/Perman (L), 8-6; and No. 3 Duttlinger/Mordhorst (C) def. Willers/Axelsson (L), 8-3.
