Proctor's sixth-inning, two-RBI, game-winning single plated Daisy Stewart and Rachelle Adkins and snapped a 3-3 tie to give Lander the victory.

Wingate's Brittany Blankenship (10-2) suffered the loss as she walked two and allowed two earned runs on three hits in six innings.
The Bulldogs took a 2-0 lead in the fourth inning on Debra Grijalva's solo shot over the centerfield wall and Jessica Bowen's RBI single.
Lander retaliated to take a 3-2 lead in the fourth when Natalie Smith's RBI double plated Marilyn Newman, Smith scored on a throwing error and Casey Corbitt's RBI-single sent Natalie Batson home.
Wingate tied the game at 3-3 in the sixth when Bowen's RBI single scored Kelsey King.
For Lander, Smith (1-for-3, one run, one RBI) and Newman (1-for-1, one run) both doubled.
Wingate's Grijalva hit 1-for-4 with one home run, while Leyila Myers went 2-for-2 and Bowen 2-for-3.
In the first game, Blankenship (10-1) earned the win with three strikeouts, one walk and three hits in five innings.

Brittany Barrineau hit a two-run home run in the first inning to give Wingate a 2-0 lead, then the Bulldogs stretched the lead to 8-0 in the third on Brittany Loudermilt's three-run homer, Barrineau's two-RBI single and Grijalva's RBI single.
