Three players named to men's All-PBC soccer team

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Three Lander men's soccer players were named to the Peach Belt All-Conference team it was announced by the PBC office today.

Forward Aaron Brittain and midfielders Jamie Davison and Craig Hughes were each named to the second team as voted on by the league's coaches.

Hughes, a senior from Sunderland England, led Lander in goals scored with nine and assists with eight for 26 points during the season. Hughes was also named All-PBC in 2009. He was first in the PBC in assists and third in points scored and goals scored.

Brittain, a senior from Cleveland, England, scored eight goals and had six assists for 22 points. The 2008 PBC Player of the Year, Brittain also earned All-PBC honors in 2007. He was fourth in the conference in goals scored and fifth in points scored.

Davison, a senor from Middlesbrough, England, scored three goals and added seven assists for 13 points. Davison also earned All-PBC honors in 2008. He was fourth in the league in assists.
