ANDERSON - The Lander volleyball team committed 38 attack errors Tuesday night en route to a 3-1 non-conference loss to Anderson University at the Abney Center. The Trojans won, 25-17, 23-25, 25-19, 25-21.

The Trojans improve to 18-12 overall, while Lander moves to 10-15.

Candace LaRocca posted Lander's lone double-double with 19 assists and 13 digs, while Melissa McCracken had nine kills and 19 digs. Magi Nottingham chipped in eight kills and 12 digs, while Hannah Dederick had eight kills and Madison Kubal 25 digs.

Anderson was led by Lindsay Doggett (31 assists, 14 digs), Jamie Lancaster (11 kills, 13 digs), Chelsea Olson (10 kills), Adria Mullaney (25 digs), Marlie Bryant (10 digs) and Meagan Murray (10 digs).

Lander will travel to the University of Montevallo for a 3 p.m. Peach Belt Conference game on Saturday, Nov. 6, in the Bearcats regular-season finale.
