AMERICUS, Ga. - The No. 40 Lander women's tennis team ran its record to 8-1 Friday afternoon when the Lady Bearcats defeated Georgia Southwestern, 8-1, in a Peach Belt Conference match at the Susan K. Smith Complex.
Lander improves to 3-1 in the PBC, while GSW drops to 2-11 overall and 0-6 in the PBC.
