GREENWOOD----The Lander women's tennis team dropped to 2-5 overall and 0-3 in the Peach Belt Conference Friday afternoon when the Lady Bearcats lost to Clayton State University, 8-1, at The Joe Cabri Courts.

Clayton State improves to 2-0, 2-0.

Ani Pajunen, 6-3, 6-3; No. 4 Zsuzsa Marosfalvi (CSU) def. Ana Luiza Zaia, 6-0, 6-2; No. 5 Veronika Jasenovcova (CSU) def. Kristinanne Emmanouil, 6-0, 6-0; and No. 6 Anna Marton (CSU) def.
