GREENWOOD----The No. 11-ranked Lander men's tennis team keeps rolling along. The Bearcats recorded their seventh shutout of the season Sunday when they defeated No. 20 Columbus State, 9-0, in a Peach Belt Conference match.

Lander improves to 10-1 overall and 3-0 in the PBC, while Columbus State drops to 7-2, 3-2.

Paul Van Rensburg, 6-2, 6-0; No. 4 Henrik Erlandsson (L) def. Daniel Aronowitsch, 6-3, 6-3; No. 5 Andre Ivarsson (L) def. Alexandru Vasilescu, 6-4, 6-1; and No. 6 Nicholas Tzekos (L) def. Jan Greeff, 6-3, 6-0.

In doubles, No. 1 Ivarsson/Karlsson (L) def. Druica/Van Rensburg, 8-6; No. 2 Tewes/T.C. Valle (L) def. Aronowitsch/Vasilescu, 8-4; and No. 3 Legros/Boris Simic (L) def. Echeverria/Greeff, 8-4.
