GAFFNEY, S.C.- LaShonda Chiles scored 31 points and Tiara Good added 19 to lead the unbeaten Lander women's basketball team to a 98-92 non-conference victory over Limestone College Friday night.

Lander improves to 2-0 on the season.

Chiles connected on 11-of-22 field goals and 7-of-8 free throws to go along with seven assists in pacing the Lady Bearcats. Good was 9-of-15 from the field.  Stephanie Ponds posted a double-double for Lander with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Good had eight rebounds and Chiles added seven.

Limestone was led by junior Tiffany Jones, who had a career-high and game-high 32 points, while Blanca Gonzalez scored 16 and Lindsay Kyle had 14.
