GREENWOOD----Mandy Rupert recorded 13 kills and 10 digs Wednesday night to lead the USC Upstate women's volleyball team to a 3-0 Peach Belt Conference victory over Lander at Horne Arena. The Lady Spartans won, 30-21, 30-26, 30-25.

USC Upstate improves to 19-8 overall and 4-4 in the PBC, while Lander moves to 18-11, 1-7.

Lander was led by Kay Stewart (10 kills), Jennifer (JJ) Edwards (26 assists, 13 digs), Andrea Griffin (2 solo blocks, 3 block assists), and Melissa Trippany (21 digs, 3 service aces).

USC Upstate was led by Morgan Bucciferro (21 assists, 12 digs), Rachel Olds (19 digs), and Christina McLean (11 digs, 2 service aces).
