2020: started six matches... collected team-high 36 ground balls... won 88 face-offs... grabbed season-high 10 ground balls and won 19 of 26 face-offs while causing one turnover in 18-8 win over Lees-McRae (Feb. 15)... career-high 21 face-offs won in 23-10 victory over Mars Hill (Feb. 29)... 

Personal: A 2019 graduate of Chapin High School in Columbia, SC, Watson was a multi-sport athlete who earned varsity letters in football (4), track (6), wrestling (3), and lacrosse (3)... as a midfielder, he was named SCHSL 5A 1st Team All-State, SCHSL 5A 1st Team All-Lower State, SCHSL 5A Lower State Faceoff of the Year in 2019... served as team captain for the lacrosse program as a senior… named an All-Region Linebacker four straight years… three-time State Runner-Up in wrestling… five-time Region Champion in track (400m, 4x400, and 4x800)... member of both the Beta Club and the National Honor Society… has one sister (Camryn)... son of Paige and Chris Watson… majoring in Business Marketing.
