A three-time USILA All-American and former Conference Carolinas Player of the Year at Belmont Abbey College, Wiedemann was drafted in the first round of the National Lacrosse League Draft in the fall of 2018 by the Georgia Swarm. A native of Caledon, Ontario, Wiedemann enters his fourth season with the Swarm and also spent this past summer in British Columbia playing with the Nanaimo Timbermen of the WLA where he was named WLA Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-League. Wiedemann will be pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at Lander University.
