Lander University

Mike Brown is entering his fourth season as Lander's assistant men's basketball coach. Brown was hired in July of 2021. 

An all-conference selection his senior year at Western Carolina, Brown became just the third player at the time to post 1,300 points, 600 rebounds, 200 assists and 100 steals as a Catamount during the 2015-16 campaign.

Brown also played for Siarka Tarnobrzeg, a member of Poland's top basketball division. He most recently served as a graduate assistant at the University of Memphis. While with the Tigers, Brown assisted with scout plans and skill development while specializing with forwards and centers.
