All-Skills Camp
The All-Skills Camp is structured to improve the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. In addition, campers will work on team offensive and defensive systems. Athletes will work in groups of similar age and experience while training with Lander coaches and current players and competing in a collegiate-level environment. This camp will also include a campus tour and a Question-and-Answer session with current coaches and players.
