Greenwood, SC - Lander Esports captured their 11th regular season conference championship Sunday night with a swift 2-0 victory over Vanderbilt in Valorant. 

Valorant had been on an absolute tear through the NECC South conference, sporting an undefeated match record at 4-0 and 8-1 game record. Now, a battle against 6th place Louisville awaits the Bearcats in the final match of the regular season on Monday night at 7 PM. Regardless of the match result, Lander will have the overall #1 seed going into regional playoffs next week.

Esports will have an opportunity to go for number 12 on Wednesday night with Rocket League taking on the University of Arkansas in the NECC East Conference. Until then, here's a look back on every regular season conference championship in Lander's history.
