Lander Women’s Basketball Earns No. 6 Seed in PBC Tournament

Augusta, Ga. - The Lander women's basketball team has secured the No. 6 seed in the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Tournament and will travel to third-seeded Augusta for a quarterfinal matchup on Wednesday, March 5, at 5 p.m.

The Bearcats finished the regular season tied for sixth place but claimed the higher seed via tiebreaker. They will look to advance to the semifinals, which will be hosted by the highest remaining seed on March 8-9.
