CLARK'S HILL, S.C. – The Lander Bass Fishing team turned in another strong showing at the third SCBN College Series event of the year on Clark's Hill Lake.

Anderson Jones claimed the top spot in the field with a dominant performance, weighing in nearly 22 pounds to win by more than five pounds. Jones also earned the tournament's Big Fish award.

The duo of Trenton Carey and Cody Abbott continued their consistent season with a runner-up finish, extending their overall points lead heading into next month's championship event on Lake Keowee.

The Bearcats currently rank fifth in the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year Rankings.

The Bearcat Anglers head to Lake Martin in Auburn, Ala. to fish in the Logan Parks NSANE Tournament this weekend.
