Statesboro, Ga. - The Lander Equestrian team opened their spring season at Georiga Southern this weekend. 

The Bearcats placed third overall on Saturday; on Sunday, they were the Reserve High Point Team. Lander currently sits fourth out of 11 schools in the region, with two shows left in the regular season. The Bearcats also have four riders who have qualified for the Regional Championships that Lander will host on March 2nd.
