STORYLINES
- Lander is coming off a 12-5 road loss to Belmont Abbey on April 6.
- The Bearcats scored five runs on nine hits against the Crusaders. Landon Dupert and Bradley Davis both had two hits to lead the Bearcats in that department. Bennet Nooe, Dupert and Davis all had an RBI each.
- The Bearcats are now 8-15 all-time against Belmont Abbey and 1-9 in the last 10 contests.
- Lander has allowed 10 or more runs in five of its last 10 games.
- The Bearcats are currently in a three-way tie for fifth at 8-7 in the PBC. Lander is tied with Georgia Southwestern and Young Harris. Columbus State is in first with a 13-2 conference record followed by North Georgia at 10-5. Flagler and Georgia College are tied for third with a 9-6 conference record.
- As a team, Lander is hitting .284. The Bearcats are currently fourth in the PBC in hits (332), second in doubles (69), first in triples (8), third in home runs (34), second in RBI (226), second in slugging percentage (.443), third in walks (175), second in strikeouts (295) and tied for first in stolen bases (45).

- Evan Mauldin leads the way in strikeouts with 29 with Nance second with 28. Zach Pellegrino leads the way in appearances with 20 on the season. Braeden Burton is second with 17.
