Women’s Tennis Travels to Florida for a Matchup with Northwood

Greenwood, S.C. - The Bearcats will spend Spring Break taking on teams in Orlando, Fla. Northwood will be the first opponent for the Bearcats on Monday, March 7th. 

STORYLINES 

  • The Bearcats are currently 8-2 as they head into conference play later this week. 

  • Lander won their only match last Wednesday, against Southern Wesleyan in a 7-0 shutout. 

  • The current doubles team record is 18-7, along with a 35-10 singles record. Both are over .700 on the season. 

  • The match with Northwood will be the first against the Timberwolves, who are 5-2 this Spring.
