St. Augustine, Fla. - The Bearcats head back home to Greenwood with a ninth-place finish at the World Golf Invitational on Tuesday.
Nova Southeastern took home first with a 577 total score (290+287) followed by Saint Leo's 582 total score. Rounding out third is Rollins College earning a 600 total score. Lander's final score was 622, after a 315 round two performance.
Hannah Stephenson finished tied for 13th shooting five-over-par through both rounds. Gracie McCoy also finished the day in the top-15 after tying for 15th place with a six-over-par performance. Caroline Hardee ended the tournament tied for 58th and shot 17-over-par. Ella Nilsson shot 18-over-par to tie in 64th and Caitlyn Cash shot 25-over-par to finish tied for 88th.
Women's golf returns to St. Augustine next Monday to compete in the Spring Kickoff.
