St. Augustine, Fla. - Women's golf finishes the first day of the World Golf Invitational in seventh place shooting 19-over-par.
Nova Southeastern currently leads the way totaling 290 points and shot two-over-par. Rollins sits in second shooting seven-over-par with a team score of 295. Saint Leo fills out the top three, scoring 296 with an eight-over-par performance. Lander has a team score of 307.
Gracie McCoy and Hannah Stephenson both hold top-10 spots after the first day of competition. McCoy is tied for third after shooting even par and Stephenson shot one-over-par to tie for eighth.
Caroline Hardee shot seven-over-par and holds a tie for 48th. Ella Nilsson is tied for 76th after shooting 11-over-par, while Caitlyn Cash shot 12-over-par and earned a tie for 85th.
Bearcats resume play on Tuesday on Slammer and Squire at the World Golf Village in Florida.
