Greenwood, S.C. - Women's tennis closes out the week with a 5-2 victory against Erskine at home. Saturday's win makes it three straight for the Bearcats. 
Lander earned the doubles point after two wins in No. 2 and No. 3 Doubles. The duo of Raquel Acco and Hannah Panchal as well as the pair of Roberta Armani and Chiara Gerbino defeated their opponents 6-4 and 7-6 [8-6] respectively. 
Gerbino took care of her No. 1 Singles match as well, winning 6-2, 1-6, 6-4. Mille Elsborg secured her point in No. 3 Singles with two straight 6-3 sets. Emily Ineson in the No. 5 Singles spot was tested but eventually secured the point with 3-6, 7-5 [10-6] sets. Panchal ended the day for the Bearcats scoring 6-3, 6-0 sets. 
Women's tennis only has one match next week, competing at Southern Wesleyan in Central, S.C. on Wednesday March 2.
