COLUMBUS, Ga. - The eleventh ranked Columbus State defeated Lander 3-0 Saturday afternoon, handing the Bearcats their first Peach Belt Conference loss.
The Cougars took the lead with a goal in the sixth minute and added their second goal in the 29th minute. After being held to just two shots in the first half, the Lander offense came out in the second half aggressive, trying to make a comeback.
