ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA. – For the first time since 2015, the Lander women's golf team has finished in the top-three at the PBC Championship.
The Bearcats finished third with a team score of 935 after shooting 71-over-par. Flagler finished first with a team score of 924 after shooting 60-over-par. North Georgia finished second with a team score of 934 after shooting 70-over-par.
This marks the third top-three finish for the Bearcats since 2010. Lander previously finished second at the 2015 PBC Championship and took home first place in 2013.
Caroline Hardee finished tied for sixth place to lead the Bearcats. She finished shooting 15-over-par. Hannah Stephenson finished in ninth after shooting 17-over-par overall. Chloe Hiott finished tied for 11th after shooting 19-over-par overall, Caitlyn Cash finished tied for 14th after shooting 22-over-par while Ella Nilsson finished 21st after shooting 28-over-par overall.
