GREENWOOD – The Lander women's golf team tied for 15th place at the Bearcat Invitational on Tuesday at The Links at Stoney Point.
Limestone ran away with first place after shooting eight-under-par as a team. Flagler took second after shooting eight-over-par while Anderson rounded out the top three with an 11-over-par performance. Lander tied with Queens for 15th after shooting 59-over-par.
Junior Caroline Hardee finished first among the Bearcats with a 13-over-par performance and tied for 56th. Junior Hannah Stephenson and sophomore Chloe Hiott both finished tied for 62nd after shooting 14-over-par, freshman Ella Nilsson finished tied for 81st after shooting 18-over-par while freshman Caitlyn Cash finished tied for 97th after shooting 23-over-par.
The Bearcats are set to compete in the Argonaut Invitational for their last regular-season tournament.
