STORYLINES

The Bearcats are coming off a heartbreaking overtime loss to no. 18 Flagler. The Bearcats lost to the Saints 98-91.
The Bearcats led as much as 16 in the second half before Flagler started its comeback.
Lander has lost back-to-back home contests after starting the season 3-0.
Senior Deon Berrien led the Bearcats in scoring with 24. He went 8-of-14 from the floor and 4-of-6 from beyond the arc. Berrien also had his fourth double-double with 10 defensive rebounds.
Lander has played Augusts twice this season, with both games on the road. The Bearcats are 0-2 overall against the Jaguars and 0-1 in conference action.
Lander last played Augusta on January 20, losing 78-73. Senior Sidney Robinson supplies 31 points off the bench while going 12-of-16 from the floor.
Junior Jermaine Patterson continues to lead the Bearcats in scoring with 14.6 points per game. Berrien is second with 12.8 points per game while senior DaJuan Moorer rounds out the top-three with 11.4 points per game.
Moorer leads the team in rebounds per game with 7.1 and blocks per game with 1.7.
The Jaguars have lost their last three games in a row, with defeats to Young Harris, Flagler and Aiken.
Augusta recently lost the Aiken 71-69, Darren Lucas-White and Tyshaun Crawford tied for the scoring lead of 16 points. Crawford has a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Lucas-White leads the team with 14.1 points per game. He is one of four players averaging double figures in scoring.
Tyree Myers (13.4), Lee Flenor (12.5) and Crawford (11.9) all average double-figures.
Flenor is the Jaguars' leader in rebounds per game with 8.8 while Crawford is second with 8.1 and the leader in blocks with 1.3.
Lander heads to Florida for its next game, as it takes on Flagler once more.
