STORYLINES
- The Bearcats are coming off a heartbreaking loss to Columbus State. Lander fell 70-69 on a late jumper from the Cougars with two seconds remaining.
- Junior Jermaine Patterson led the Bearcats with 20 points. Senior DaJuan Moorer was the only other Bearcat to hit double figures in scoring with 12 points. Moorer also had five rebounds and three assists.
- When trailing at the half, Lander is 0-5 this season.
- The loss to Columbus State was the first home loss of the season. It was also the first home game for the Bearcats in a month for the Blue and Gold.
- Lander is currently scoring 75.8 points per game while allowing 75.1 points per game.
- The Bearcats are currently on a 15-game winning streak against Flagler that stems back to 2014.
- The Flagler Saints are on an eight-game conference winning streak. Their only loss came to North Georgia in the conference opener where Flagler lost late at UNG 66-63. The Saints also took out a pair of Div. I program in their non-conference portion of the season.
- Flagler's most recent game saw an 82-52 win over Augusta on February 13. Two Saints scored 20 or more points. Jaizec Lottie scored 23 while Chase Fiddler scored 20.
