STORYLINES
- The Bearcats are coming off a 2-0 win at USC Aiken last Wednesday. Max McNulty and Tom Marriott scored the two goals.
- Marriott also picked up an assist on McNulty's goal for his eighth assist of the season. Marriott and Marco Gueli are tied for the team lead in assists.
- Marriott is now up to 13 goals on the season and 32 points.
- Marriott is just one of two active players in Div. II with 25 career goals and assists. He is also one of just seven active players in the NCAA to hit that mark. There are four players from Div. III, two from Div. II and one from Div. I.
- Marriott is currently 10th among all active Div. II players in career points with 81.
- With his goal against Aiken, McNulty how stands second on the team with eight goals. His 18 points are second among the Bearcats.
- Gueli is third on the team with 14 points. Along with his eight assists, he has three goals. Kevin Rubaszewski is fourth on the team in points with 13. He has four goals and five assists.
- Jacob Withers earned his third win of the season after defeating the Pacers. He recently moved into second in program history for career shutouts with 25. Withers also now has 32 career wins.
- Lander and Young Harris are currently tied for first in the PBC for goals scored, with both sides scoring 33 so far this season.
- Lander is tied for the second-fewest goals allowed among PBC teams. Young Harris leads the way with just eight goals allowed.
- Marriott is second in the PBC in goals scored with 12. He trails Matteo Costa's 14 goals.
- Marriott and Gueli are currently tied for second in the PBC in assists with eight.
- Marriott leads the PBC in points with 32.
- As a team, the Bearcats rank in the national top-20 in assists per game (6th), points per game (8th), scoring offense (12th), shots per game (20th), shots on goal per game (17th), total assists (4th), total goals (t-6th), total points (6th).
- Young Harris comes into this contest with an 11-0-1 record overall.
- The Mountain Lions most recently tied with North Georgia on October 13.
- The last time these two faced each other, Young Harris came away with a 2-1 victory earlier this season.
- Carson Dinger scored his first goal of the season to give Lander an early 1-0 lead in the 11th minute of action. Young Harris came back with goals in the 18th and 32nd minute of play to get its 2-1 advantage.
- Saad Maziane leads Young Harris in goals (8) and points (21). Mikkel Goling is second in goals with seven and points with 17. Sondre Olsen is third on the team in goals (4) and points (12).
- Eduardo D'Avino has seen the majority of action in net for the Mountain Lions. He's allowed six goals and holds a 0.75 GAA with an 8-0-1 record. He has two solo shutouts and has made 12 saves.
- Lander is off to face Clayton State on the road for its next contest on October 20.
