OCEAN ISLE BEACH, N.C. – The Lander women's golf team shot a 31-over 319 on the final day of the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate to secure a fourth-place finish on Tuesday. 

Hannah Stephenson and Caroline Hardee each fired 4-over 76s to move up one spot and tie for eighth. Marley Barefoot delivered a 10-over 82 to tie for 27th. Tatum Warr finished tied for 32nd, while Madison Jordan ended the day in 38th. 

Lenoir-Rhyne edged Mount Olive by two strokes, 603 to 605, for the team title. Tusculum finished third at 622, followed by Lander's 633.

The Bearcats return to the course next week for the Patsy Rendleman Invitational.
