GREENWOOD – The Lander volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision to Augusta at Horne Arena on Friday night. The Bearcats fell 17-25, 25-20, 25-22, 25-16. 

With the loss, Lander moves to 20-10 overall and 8-9 in the Peach Belt Conference. 

Halle Dotson finished with 16 kills, while Khiani Kelly had 14. Sophia Perkins tallied 23 assists and 13 digs, while Katie Haake finished with 15. Hannah McManus led the Bearcats with 16 digs. 

Lander will conclude the regular season on Senior Day tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 p.m., as the Bearcats take on Georgia College. The match will feature the final home match in the collegiate careers of Halle Dotson, Khiani Kelly and Kendall Korte.
