DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The No. 29-ranked Lander women's tennis team suffered a 8-1 Peach Belt Conference defeat at the University of North Georgia Saturday afternoon at the UNG Tennis Complex.
UNG improves to 4-8 overall and 1-6 in the PBC, while Lander slips to 5-4, 3-3.

Gabrielle Woodson (L) 6-4, 6-1; No. 4 Anni Poikola (L) def. Mathilde Baartvedt (NG) 6-3, 6-4; No. 5 Hannah Stanford (NG) def. Alyssa Savill (L) 6-3, 3-6, 1-0 (10-8); and No. 6 Simone Krog (NG) def. Maggie Elliott (L) 8-0.
