GREENWOOD - Sara Davis blasted 26 kills and Tara Savisky posted a double-double Friday night to lead the Flagler volleyball team to a 3-1 Peach Belt Conference victory over Lander at Horne Arena. Game scores were 25-16, 19-25, 25-22, 25-21.

Flagler improves to 13-4 overall and 6-2 in the PBC, while Lander moves to 17-7, 5-3.

Halle Dotson and Tarryn Angermeier had 18 and 12 kills respectively for the Bearcats, while Ali Kirk added 28 assists, Sophia Perkins 19 assists, Julia Ferreira-Alves 24 digs and Kendall Korte 15 digs and eight kills. Angermeier and Reyonia Whipple had three blocks each for Lander.

Flagler's Davis had .408 hitting percentage, while Savisky totaled 60 assists and 20 digs, Megan Hooks 17 kills, Caitlyn Kovach 18 digs, and Ashley Lechleidner 16 digs. Payten Pillsbury chipped in three service aces.

Lander will host Armstrong State at 2 p.m. Saturday in another PBC contest.
