Kendrick started Lander's run with an inside bucket, Portia McCray hit two free throws and scored in the paint, Sakezia Kelly made a driving layup, and Judge threw a nice pass inside to Johnson for an easy layup.

Lander went more than five minutes without another field goal, being held to four free throws. But after a big scramble for a loose ball, Johnson got possession and found Judge wide open on the right side for a 3-pointer to make it 32-23 with 2:24 left. It was the team's only 3 of the first half.
