GREENWOOD – The No. 11-ranked Lander men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 double-overtime tie against rival Erskine Wednesday night at the Jeff May Complex.

Lander moves to 3-0-1 overall, while Erskine is 1-3-1.

The Bearcats outshot the Flying Fleet, 22-7, and led in corner kicks, 18-2.

Erskine goalkeeper Roberto De La Vina tallied seven saves, while Lander's Barrett Nielsen had four.

Lander will next travel to Georgia Southwestern University on Saturday to face the Hurricanes at 3:30 p.m. in its Peach Belt Conference opening game.
