The Bearcats' Kyle Tate (2-2) earned the win after striking out four and allowing two hits in 2.1 innings pitched. Jeremy Jansen was awarded his third save of the season in two-thirds of an inning on the mound.

Limestone's JM Spangler (2-1) took the loss as he allowed one earned run in one inning pitched.

Limestone made it 2-all in the bottom of the inning after Tyler Wood drove in KJ McAllister and Josh Greene with a single to right centerfield.

For Lander, May batted 2-for-4 with three RBI, while Limestone's Greene went 3-for-4.
