GREENWOOD - Jessica Register and Kaitlyn Harrison both posted double-doubles Tuesday night as the Lander volleyball team fell to Anderson University, 3-2, in a non-conference game at Horne Arena. The Trojans won, 25-16, 23-25, 10-25, 25-10, 15-5.

Anderson improves to 7-4 overall and Lander moves to 3-5.

Register totaled 42 assists and 19 digs for the Bearcats, while Harrison added 19 kills and 23 digs. Tarryn Angermeier and Kiki Hennessey added nine kills each, while Sarah Bradley tallied 25 digs, Madison Kubal 18 and Katelyn Kraft 14.

Anderson was led by Shannon Gillespie (18 kills, 22 digs), Meghan Cautero (49 assists, 11 digs), Hailey Pittman (16 kills), Alix Hooker (26 digs) and Kelley Lacey and Kalie Endres 11 digs each.
