YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - Niall McCabe scored two goals Wednesday evening to lead Young Harris College to a 2-0 Peach Belt Conference victory over No. 8 Lander.

Young Harris improves to 12-2-1 overall and 4-1-1 in the PBC, while Lander, the Southeast Region's top-ranked team, moves to 10-2-1, 5-1-1.

McCabe netted his first goal at 32:24 on an assist by Ilija Ilic. He fired in his second score at 71:44, this time assisted by Khurram Shazad.

Young Harris outshot Lander, 18-10, and led in corner kicks, 8-4.

Lander goalkeeper Barrett Nielsen was credited with five saves, while YHC's Wesly Barnard had four.
