ANDERSON - The Lander women's soccer team got goals from three different players Saturday night to lead the Lady Bearcats to a 3-0 non-conference victory over Anderson University.

Lander improves to 2-0 overall, while Anderson is 0-2.

Jamie Shaw led the Lander attack with the opening goal on an assist from Casi Jones at 23:51. The Bearcats stretched the lead to 2-0 when Christin Moss netted an unassisted goal at 69:01. The Bearcats' final goal came at 74:36 when Christina Barbour found the back of the net on an unassisted goal at 74:36.

Lander out shot Anderson, 26-4,  and led in corner kicks, 9-2. Lander goalkeeper Chelsea Beetch recorded two saves in the match.
