ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Melissa McCracken, last week's AVCA Player of the Week, recorded 12 kills Saturday afternoon, but it wasn't enough as the Bearcats lost to Flagler, 3-0, in a Peach Belt Conference game in Flagler Gym. The game scores were: 25-12, 25-16, 25-15.

Flagler improves to 23-8 overall and 10-1 in the PBC, while Lander drops to 17-13, 5-8.

For the Bearcats, Candace LaRocca added 14 assists, five digs and one service ace, while Ashley Ferry had eight digs.

St. Augustine was led by Justine Burkhardt (16 kills), Rebecca Royal (16 assists), Olivia Snipes (13 assists), and Katie Beale (10 digs.)

Lander will face Montevallo on Saturday, Nov. 7 in its season-finale.
