Madison Syswerda is in her second year supporting Lander’s dance program. She has been dancing since age two, both competitively and recreationally. In college, her junior-year piece won a competition, and her senior thesis was adjudicated at the ACDA. She has choreographed multiple pieces for showcases in the Charlotte area, taught masterclasses, and judged dance team auditions.
Syswerda also danced professionally at Carowinds Amusement Park for three years, completing nine separate live entertainment contracts. A Greenwood, S.C., native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.
