Lander University

Jamie (Morris) Bridgeman began as an assistant athletic trainer at Lander in August 2019. She was promoted to the role of Head Athletic Trainer in the summer of 2025. Jamie serves as the primary athletic trainer for the women's soccer and women's lacrosse programs. 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Erskine College in 2016, where she was a member of the women’s soccer team, and her master’s degree in sports management from Liberty University in 2019. 

While at Liberty University, Morris worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer, working with men and women’s tennis teams, cheerleading, field hockey, and women’s lacrosse. Before her time as a graduate assistant, she served as resident athletic trainer at Charleston Southern University, working with football and men and women’s track & field teams.
