GREENWOOD – Lander University Athletics is proud to announce a partnership with Rocket Alumni Solutions, a leader in digital archival and recognition platforms, to reimagine how Bearcat history is preserved, presented and celebrated inside Finis Horne Arena.

This initiative marks a significant step in the modernization of Lander's athletic facilities and the way its rich tradition is told. Through this collaboration, Lander will digitize its Hall of Fame, retired jerseys, team photos, championship banners, athletic endowed scholarships and other historical materials. The result will be an immersive and interactive experience that honors the past while embracing the future.

With nearly six decades of athletic and academic achievement to highlight, this digital transformation will allow Lander to share the full story of Bearcat Athletics not just within the walls of Finis Horne Arena, but also on smartphones and devices around the world. Fans, alumni and recruits will soon be able to explore the program's legacy through touchscreen displays in the arena and online platforms.

The project will also allow for updates throughout Horne Arena, paving the way for a refreshed look that aligns with the university's ongoing growth and vision. While some longtime displays will be removed as part of the process, every piece of Lander Athletics history will be preserved in a format that is accessible, expandable and built to last.
