Peach Belt Conference releases 2024-25 Presidential Honor Roll; 335 Bearcats honored

AUGUSTA, Ga. - The Peach Belt Conference has released the 2024-25 Presidential Honor Roll, presented by Barnes & Noble College, and Lander University is proud to have 335 student-athletes recognized for their academic excellence.

The Presidential Honor Roll honors student-athletes who earned a GPA of 3.0 or higher while competing in one of the PBC's 18 championship sports. Honorees are celebrated in four academic distinction categories:
  • Presidential Scholars: GPA of 3.00-3.24
     
  • Bronze Scholars: GPA of 3.25-3.49
     
  • Silver Scholars: GPA of 3.50-3.74
     
  • Gold Scholars: GPA of 3.75-4.00
Lander's 335 honorees contributed to a record-setting year across the conference, with a total of 1,950 student-athletes recognized from both full and associate member institutions.

This marks the fifth consecutive year the PBC has honored more than 1,500 student-athletes, and the 15th straight year with more than 1,000 recognized - demonstrating the continued academic commitment of student-athletes across the conference.
