NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – For the first time in program history, a member of the Lander Women's Lacrosse Team was named an All-American by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) this afternoon:
Autumn Huskey.

Those efforts included causing 45 turnovers, collecting 52 ground balls, and winning 32 draw controls. It earned her a Gulf South Conference Defensive Player of the Year award; a First Team All-GSC nod; an IWLCA All-Region South First Team honor; and a USA Lacrosse Magazine Third Team All-American selection.
Huskey led the conference in both caused turnovers and ground balls and tied for 14th nationally in caused turnovers.
A four-year starter, she finishes her 68-game Lander career with 133 caused turnovers, 179 ground balls and 243 draw controls.
